VOLUNTEERING
Architects Without Boarders, Madrid, Spain.
2017 - 2019

Since June 2017 until February 2019 I collaborated weekly with the working group in La Cañada Real.

This group is led by some technicians who once a week update volunteers and organize needs.
Activities like helping in some research, drawing some plans for certain proposals or building when necessary are some of which I have been involved.

The current settlement of La Cañada Real in Madrid is a succession of illegal constructions and huts along 15 kilometers of route, varying between 40-80m wide, organized in six sectors that houses more than 8000 people.
An unplanned town, composed of different buildings and a diverse socioeconomic and cultural heterogeneity where ASF contributes in the habitat improvement.
