Project: Critical interior repairs for 9 timber framed homes to allow families move back and installation of hurricane shutters in 41 homes in Marsh Harbor area - Installation of upper and lower trucks on windows to retain aluminum panel shutters.
Minor repairs in a Community Center.
Scopes of work: structure reinforcement, interior walls framing, insulation installation, drywall installation, wet-rooms finishing and exterior painting. Water connection and sanitation as well as electrical installation.
My responsibilities: data collection and households assessments, beneficiary selection, development and coordination of: planning, budget, timeline of the program.
Coordination and management of the construction team and contractors (plumbing and electrical works). Coordination of volunteers.

Accommodation (35 individual units), services and local production for a new way of living on the rural edge of Castalla in Alicante.
Collaborative senior housing complex (2.989m2) to get older in an active way towards the outside and inside of oneself.

Management, design and production of documentation for the permit project (corresponding to the council of Samos). Coordination of subcontracted technicians. Sustainable and bioclimatic approach.
One story building (452m2) designed considering sacred geometry which hosts a common activity room and 18 individual rooms/workshops.
The building resolves its facilities within the property: water supply (well), water sanitation (septic tank + phytopurification), solar energy and biomass heating.
High insulation on the building to promote energy efficiency. Green roof that helps integration in the landscape and geodesic wooden roof for the central space (among other characteristics).

Industrialized modular architecture design.
Design, coordination and production of documentation for the rehabilitation of an industrial building for coworking offices in Saint Petersburg (25,000m2). Modeled in revit. Recovery of industrial neighborhood to reactivate the urban fabric.
Coordination of parallel work with Russian technical team in order to supervise the project needs and development.
